Thank you for choosing NiceVentures for your unforgettable safari and travel experience in Tanzania. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and NiceVentures (the tour operator) and govern the use of our travel services. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Please review this page carefully before finalizing your reservation.

1. Bookings

When booking a tour or safari with NiceVentures, a written or electronic travel agreement must be completed. This agreement applies to all participants listed in the booking. The individual who makes the booking accepts full responsibility for all participants under that reservation.
Once your booking is confirmed, NiceVentures will send you a written confirmation and an official invoice via email. Please ensure that all details are correct upon receipt.

2. Payments

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required within 14 days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date, and payments should include your booking reference number.
For last-minute bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
If payment deadlines are not met, NiceVentures reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit to cover administrative costs.

3. Price and Service Adjustments

While we make every effort to maintain accurate pricing, certain external factors may lead to price adjustments. NiceVentures reserves the right to revise tour prices due to:

• Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates
• Changes in national park fees or government taxes
• Increases in transportation or fuel costs

Important Notes:

• Price changes apply only if more than 30 days remain before the tour start date.
• If essential service changes occur, you will be notified promptly and offered suitable alternatives or, if necessary, a full refund.

4. Cancellations by the Client

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation will be effective once NiceVentures confirms receipt.
The following cancellation charges apply:

• 30 days or more before departure: 50% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
• Deposits made for accommodations, flights, and park permits are non-refundable.
• No-shows or unused services receive no refund.

In specific cases, NiceVentures may evaluate the unused services and determine partial refunds at its discretion.

5. Cancellations by the Tour Operator

NiceVentures reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour in the following cases:

• A participant’s behavior causes serious disruption or endangers others.
• The minimum group size is not reached 30 days before departure (a full refund will be issued in such cases).
• Unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

When a cancellation occurs for operational or safety reasons, NiceVentures will offer alternative dates or full refunds where applicable.

6. Liability and Responsibility

NiceVentures guarantees professional service, careful preparation, and cooperation with reputable partners across Tanzania. However, we are not liable for services provided by third parties, including airlines, lodges, or local transport operators.
Travelers are responsible for complying with all immigration, health, and customs regulations. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

7. Outdoor Risks and Adventure Travel

Tanzania’s wilderness adventures involve certain inherent risks, including wildlife encounters, rough terrain, and unpredictable weather conditions.
By booking a tour with NiceVentures, you acknowledge and accept these risks as part of the adventure. We advise carrying essential gear, a small first aid kit, and ensuring that your insurance policy includes coverage for outdoor and adventure activities.

8. Participant Responsibility and Compliance

All participants are expected to:

• Follow the guidance and safety instructions provided by NiceVentures guides.
• Report any issues or service concerns promptly to our team.
• Refrain from reckless or disruptive behavior that may endanger themselves or others.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in removal from the tour without compensation or refund.

9. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

Travelers must ensure compliance with all passport, visa, and vaccination requirements for entry into Tanzania. NiceVentures is not responsible for obtaining visas or for any issues arising from the failure to meet entry requirements.

Participants must:

• Verify visa requirements through the Tanzania Immigration Department.
• Ensure their passport is valid for at least six months beyond their intended stay.
• Obtain necessary vaccinations (e.g., yellow fever, malaria prophylaxis) before arrival.

Failure to comply with these requirements does not qualify for a refund or cancellation without cost.

10. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare cases, NiceVentures may be forced to modify, postpone, or cancel a tour due to events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, severe weather)
• Political unrest, strikes, or war
• Transportation or airline disruptions
• Government policy changes or travel restrictions

In such circumstances, NiceVentures will make every effort to offer alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee full refunds.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All travel agreements with NiceVentures are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in Tanzanian courts.
